(November, 2011) Taylor Smith has formed CLM Advisors, a premier consulting and advisory group that will serve as the consulting arm of the Claims and Litigation Management (CLM ) Alliance. More information about this new group can be found here.

The Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) is an inclusive, collaborative organization that promotes and furthers the highest standards of claims and litigation management and brings together the thought leaders in both industries. CLM’s Members and Fellows include risk and litigation managers, insurance and claims professionals, corporate counsel, outside counsel and third party vendors. The CLM sponsors educational programs, provides resources and fosters communication among all in the industry.

Taylor Smith to conduct innovative Litigation Management Study

(Sept 15, 2010) Through sister-company Revere Advisory, Taylor Smith has been selected by the Council on Litigation Management to conduct an innovative litigation management study.

The Council is a nonpartisan alliance of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, general counsel, risk managers, claims adjusters and attorneys. Through education and collaboration, its goals are to create
a common interest in the representation by firms of companies, and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense.

The Study will focus analyze industry best practices in the area of staffing, programs and initiatives, and will capture executives’ perceptions and thoughts around the ROI associated with their programs. More information about the Study can be found in the Press Release.
