About Us

Suite 200 Solutions was founded by Taylor Smith. Taylor’s articles have appeared in numerous industry publications, including Claims Magazine, Claims Advisor, Best’s Review, National Underwriters, the DRI, and others.

With over 25 years of experience in claims, litigation, technology and consulting, Taylor understands the complex nature of evaluating new technologies and the best-of-breed solutions on the market today.

In addition to his work with Suite 200 Solutions, Taylor is the Founder and Principal of Revere Advisory, Inc., an organization that provides market intelligence, consulting and advisory, and talent acquisition services to executives in corporate legal and insurance claims departments. Taylor is also the Contributing Editor of The Claims Spot, a LexisNexis Top-50 Insurance Blog.

Our Philosophy

Insurance executives do not wish to be “sold-to.” They would prefer a thoughtful and careful examination of industry offerings, with a focus on what is most important to their organization at any given point in time. Taylor has been “sold-to” (as an insurance executive) and has “sold-in” (as a business development and technology professional). This experience helped to form Taylor’s belief that there is a better way to match industry solutions to industry problems.

Our approach allows executives to have a much more effective, and frankly more pleasant, exploration of the products and services available in the marketplace today. In a consultative environment we can match an executive’s needs to the offerings of our clients. And, if requested, we can introduce our clients so that the executive can delve into their solutions in greater detail.
