Now Available: The 2022 Property Casualty Claims Intensive

For law firms AND Insurance product and service organizations

The more you understand who your clients/customers are, what they want or need, and why, the easier it will be for you to present your products or services as the best choices to help them solve a problem or take advantage of an opportunity.

The Property Casualty Claims Intensive offers an online, self-paced series of lessons and activities designed to help members of law firms, technology firms, independent adjusting firms, TPAs and other insurance product and service providers understand more about the Property Casualty (P&C) insurance industry and claims organizations.

Two versions of the 2022 Property Casualty Claims Intensive will be available on 2/1/2022:

Mini-Intensive (2 units, 2 hours): Unit 1 provides an overview of the scope and scale of the P&C industry in the US and analyzes insurance company distribution models, economics, competition factors, performance metrics, and the types of policies written. Unit 2 examines how Claims Departments are organized, their functions, their risk management efforts and operating strategies, common organization designs, claims management roles, and key performance metrics.
