In November and December we performed a follow-up Study to a Survey commissioned by the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (The CLM) in June of 2020.

The focus of both Studies was to quantify the impact of Covid-19 on claim volume.

Our objective was to provide claims executives with a sense for what their peers are experiencing across the claims industry during the approximately 11 months following the onset of the pandemic.

A total of 73 claim executives participated in the first survey. 65 executives participated in this follow-up survey. The results of the follow-up survey (Part 2) can be found here.
