Doug Wylly Joins Suite 200 Solutions
Lake Geneva, WI — Suite 200 Solutions announces that Doug Wylly has joined Suite 200 Solutions.
Doug brings to his clients more than four decades of experience in insurance defense and claims management leadership. His consulting practice at Suite 200 Solutions will focus on three key areas that are of critical importance to claims and litigation management executives and to insurance defense law firm leaders alike:
Litigation Management Program Development, Implementation, and Improvement – including the creation or refinement of guidelines, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
Audit and Assessment Services – with a focus on guideline compliance, litigation management best practices, and corrective action plan development.
Bespoke Litigation Management Training and Curriculum Development, including effective communication, reporting, guideline compliance, best billing practices, and litigation planning and budgeting.
Most recently, Doug served as the Chief Litigation Management Officer of Wilson Elser. Previously he held numerous positions at AIG Insurance, including SVP of Global Litigation Best Practices and Knowledge and Innovation Lead, Complex Director for Property and Casualty Claims, and numerous leadership and trial attorney roles in AIG’s staff counsel operations.
