The CLM (then known as the Council on Litigation Management) commissioned us to perform our first Litigation Management Study in 2011. At the time we did this under the banner of Revere Advisory, which I ran with my good friend Jeff Scarpetti.

Jeff sadly left all of us prematurely, after an extended battle with cancer. However, I still remember the excitement with which Jeff and I conducted and then reported on the results of this 2012 Study. It was to be the beginning of many studies for me, but I always remember Jeff when I think of this one.
