Prior to initiating recruiting efforts, we conduct a thorough assessment of the leadership position to be filled. Based on feedback and desired candidate attributes, we develop a comprehensive custom skill profile and the role specifications.
A systematic interview process provides the screening necessary to match the ideal candidate with the custom skill profile. Our team approach of panel interviewing provides thorough evaluation of each candidate. Detailed reports for each candidate are submitted.
Timely search progress updates are provided to both client and candidates throughout the interview process. We continue to facilitate the selection process with any necessary communication surrounding client interviews, background checks and offer extension protocol.
