Rich focuses his advisory and consulting practice on several diverse areas of critical importance to his clients This includes the development and implementation of new software initiatives, acquisition-driven due diligence, and market risk assessments.

In the claims management arena, he brings rich experience in multiple areas, including TNC claims, litigation management, counsel performance, special investigations, subrogation, invoice review, payment processing, quality assurance and compliance. He also advises on leadership development and the implementation of best practices.

Rich joined Suite 200 Solutions after 32 years of claims leadership experience. Most recently, he served on the leadership team of Atlas Financial Holdings, as a Regional Vice President and Board Member. Previously he held Board and leadership roles with Global Liberty Insurance Company and Progressive insurance.

He has in-depth experience in personal auto and specialty lines, as well as commercial lines focused on livery and paratransit throughout the country. He has been an early adopter of innovative defense strategies, including low-impact biomechanics and telematics, paperless claims handling, virtual inspections, and direct repair processes.

In the organizational management arena, Rich is adept at job description development, position objectives, training, review processes (including metrics and KPI), and team building.

Rich is a long-standing member of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM), working with multiple industry committees. He is based in the New York City area.
