We have become heavily involved in a project to bring new, objective, and actionable data to litigation defense teams. We believe that the use of such data is critical to countering the significant investment in AI, technology, and data sharing, being deployed by the plaintiff bar.

In May of 2024 we performed an informal survey to assess the levels of variability in how litigation executive and defense counsel would use specific factors that relate to the risk of being in a certain venue or having a case against a specific plaintiff attorney.

37 heads of litigation and insurance defense attorneys participated in this brief survey.
