For almost 15 years we have been taking surveys of claims and litigation leaders to determine the pressures they are facing, how they are responding to emerging threats, what they think of new and emerging tools and solutions, and more. Our work has expanded in recent years to include insurance defense attorneys (see the 2020 and 2024 CLM Defense Counsel Studies).

While much of our work is privately commissioned and not available for public consumption, participants always receive an aggregated view of how their peers feel about the same issue. And all of our surveys are designed to benefit the participants and the claims and litigation industry we serve. Participation is anonymous and participants’ names and organizations are never used in our summaries unless express permission is given to do so.
