In December of 2023 we performed an informal survey regarding industry interest in plaintiff attorney and venue risk scoring.

This project was initiated as part of our involvement in a project to bring new, objective, and actionable data to litigation defense teams.

47 chief claim officers and heads of litigation participated in this brief survey.
