CLM Commissioned Study on
Covid-related Changes in Claims Frequency
Lake Geneva, WI — Suite 200 Solutions (formerly CLM Advisors) released today its results of a new Study which examined recent changes in claims volume related to the Covid-19 pandemic.
A total of 73 claim executives participated in this survey, which examined overall claim volume changes in multiple lines of business between March and May of 2020.
The objective of the Study was to provide claim executives with a sense of what their peers have been experiencing across the claims industry.
