Chris Brew Joins Suite 200 Solutions
Lake Geneva, WI — Suite 200 Solutions (formerly CLM Advisors) announces that Chris Brew has joined Suite 200 Solutions.
Chris will focus his consulting practice on helping insurance carriers as well as technology and service providers increase customer satisfaction, enhance operational efficiencies, improve claim outcomes, select digital solutions and other critical initiatives. He will also serve as a member of the Company’s Transaction Advisory Group, which supports investment and acquisition activity in the property casualty claims arena.
Before joining Suite 200 Solutions, Chris served as Senior Vice President of CCC Casualty (Auto Injury Solutions), where he led ~3,000 resources delivering First-party Bill Review, Third-party Injury Evaluation and Medical Advisory Solution offerings through a combined on/offshore model including clinical (RN and LPN), professional code review professionals and through contracted physician and PPO networks.
Previously, Chris served as Principal Director within Accenture’s Claims Management Consulting Practice where he led large scale claims transformations at some of the world’s largest and most respected insurance companies. These included operating model design, diagnostic assessment, process reengineering, loss cost improvement, expense reduction, efficiency improvement and implementation planning projects, among others.
Chris was also instrumental in developing Accenture’s digital claims operating model, outlining the path for companies to shift to automation-supported, exception-based claim handling approaches, customer directed claim processes and magnified loss prevention efforts enabled by analytics, artificial intelligence and digital technology.
Prior to Accenture, Chris was Vice President of Claims for Selective Insurance Company of America. In this role, he was responsible for the auto physical damage line of business, the Claims Service Center, the Claims Apprentice Program, and multiple strategic projects. He led large scale initiatives including an injury evaluation process for casualty claims, panel counsel management as well as legal bill review system and vehicle inspection technology implementations.
Chris obtained Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Operations Management from St Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. He holds the Senior Claim Law Associate (SCLA) designation from the American Educational Institute.
Chris has published and presented at industry conferences extensively. He has served on the TyMetrix Advisory Board, the PCI Physical Damage Subcommittee, the ISO Auto Physical Damage Panel, the Copart Advisory Board, the Audatex Strategic Advisory Council and a member of the Society of Claim Law Associates and the Society of Insurance Trainers and Educators.
He is actively involved in ending hunger and food insecurity working with the Greater Chicago Food Depository and previously at the Midwest Food Bank.
